finishing turbo project soon

things i bought with the money i was going to buy rims with:

All spankin NEW :twisted:

OBX;
Turbo manifold stainless steel tubular

Turbo XS;
t3 turbo
35mm wastegate with downpipe
RFL BLOW OFF VALVE

heading out right now to pick up some 2.5 exhaust pipe for the new exhaust system

and that was only half of what i was going to spend getting the tires and having them mounted and what ever else was needed..

the other half is going to a body kit and finishing the interior

this is the first test fit.. will have to do some modifing to the top holes and the two holes on the bottom ends.. the rest on the bottom will need to be drilled slightly

one thing is for sure.. dont get one like this unless you are planing on removing the radiator and moving it forward

looks very nice man but what about removing the radiator thing?? are you going to relocate your rad. or you just removed it to make more room for the installation process??

Or, you can disable your A/C, pull the condensor out and push the radiator forward where the condensor was with some new brackets and hoses. It would help with cooling for sure.

Just make sure there is some slack on both sides of the studs.... you don't want the manifold to expand and shear off the studs.

It's better to have big loose holes than tight ones.

The slack won't affect sealing.... that's done by the compressive force put on the nuts and studs.

Looks good.... glad to see you made it fit without too much trouble.
