ECU compatibility should be confirmed by part number.

It's quite normal to have a high idle when car is coasting over 20 km/h.
First check engine coolant temperature sensor and oxygen sensor for you bad fuel mileage. Then check MAP sensor, fuel pressure and injector performance.
Are your spark plugs sooted?

Of course the basic maintenance is already done.

Too rich mixture.
Again: First check engine coolant temperature sensor and oxygen sensor for you bad fuel mileage. Then check MAP sensor, fuel pressure and injector performance.

my question is should i change ecu ?

Very last thing to do! Seldom guilty.
But check the 8digit part number on the ECU sticker for compatibility.

Seems you have pinpointed the problem.

Does engine speed comes back to normal around 850RPM at full stop?

Not a clue about reprogramming ECU.

So you idle speed is normal now. Good!
---------------------------------
Temperature problem?
Is coolant level OK? Clogged radiator? Defective thermostat? Oil/water mix (mayonnaise)? Bubbles/high pressure in surge tank? White exhaust smoke?
...

There are 5 marks on temperature gauge. Where was the needle gauge when fan started + check light?
You can read stored error code(s) by mean of the "paper clip" method.

tank door ok

With ignition ON and engine not running (and A & B jumper removed!) is the orange check lamp steady ON?

Then A & B connected and ignition ON the check engine light must flash. At least code "12".
